We offer a selection of group classes, whereby, our instructors combine different cardio and conditioning exercises providing high intensity workouts in one class.
Nutrition Coaching is considered a unique approach to achieving long-term results through the alignment of health and/or performance goals with diet. It is a combination of nutritional therapy and life-coaching principles, focusing on “lifestyle” when it comes to nutritional recommendations and application. Our Nutrition Coaches are qualified nutritionists (or dieticians) trained to work closely with individuals on a case-by-case basis to provide customized dietary plans and nutritional recommendations.
Our one on one sessions average 60 minutes depending on the type of session and the needs and requirements of the client. During this session clients work privately with one of our highly qualified trainers. Workouts are tailored to the clients’ personal needs with their goals in mind.
A crucial component of maintaining a healthy body and mind. When you practice correct posture – both in your daily life and during your workouts – your body’s alignment improves. Good posture can help alleviate a wide range of common health problems, such as back or neck pain, headaches, and fatigue.
